Dr. Ram Sriram is the founder of the firm. Dr. Ram is an accomplished accounting and audit professional, with a Ph. D in Accounting along with Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner qualifications. He is a highly respected professor at Georgia State University. He has guided 25+ doctoral dissertations. Dr. Ram has served extensively in American Accounting Association, Internal Auditors’ Association and University Committees on matters related to accounting & audit. He has over 100 research publications and presentations on audit and accounting issues that are well cited by academics and practitioners.

Dr. Ram also served as a member of the Editorial Board in numerous reputed accounting publications.

Dr. Ram has led multiple review and audit engagements for international companies, franchisors, technology companies and others. He was also a management and financial advisor to defense contractors.
